Heaviness
The danger of falling into a routine is that you get so dead from within. You see but do not observe, you hear but do not listen. The mind stops registering. Then nothing new emerges from the mind. It is the death of creativity. You feel a heaviness which does not move. You cannot shake it off. It settles down on your being. You just go through the motions, day in day out.
To keep this heaviness at bay, you must constantly break your routine. Start doing new things all the time. Give your eyes and ears to novelty. Make your daily routine itself accommodate change and introduce change in it. If you do it, who knows, you may start living again.
